Description:
The Game of 36 Beasts is a card-shedding game based on traditional Chinese lottery cards. It uses a special deck of cards featuring 36 beasts: mammals, birds, fish & arthropods, each having associated attributes. Cards are played by matching on the attributes. The winner is the first to shed all of their cards. Each card has a picture of its beast and its set of attributes: the 8 trigrams, the 5 phases (elements) and the 9 classes. It also has a number indicating its celestial pair.
