Description:
Ruby Hero Holder! Elemental attacks deal an additional +10 Elemental DP. Elemental Damage only affects those vulnerable to the element. Vehicle Card may be drawn at any time if the Hero isn't suffering ailments, dead, or unavailable. This sacrifices Hero's current turn. At LVL 1, recruit 1 Hero. At LVL 2 - LVL 5, recruit the remaining Heroes.
