Quality Learing Center is a satirical card game where players race to defraud the Minnesota government through Somali daycare schemes! Build day cares (card pairs), hire "staff" (face cards), and invoice for ghost children (red cards). Use Politicians (black cards) to steal bribes, but dodge the DHS Audit (Aces) or get shut down! Its a hilariously cutthroat game of greed and skill. Can you drain the most government funds before they run dry? Includes custom deck and rules.
