At the end of the 54 cards you will have a better understanding of yourself and how shadow work can help you. Disclaimer: Shadow work is not easy. If your responses to the card prompts do not pull emotions from you, you need to dig deeper. So don't start if you are not ready to dive deep within yourself. Shadow works isn't for the faint of hear.
