Description:
Tarot cards originally manufactured in 1709 by Pierre Madenié in Dijon, France. Beautifully lifted onto a white background while mindfully preserving the faint, authentic remnants of its centuries-old patina, this pristine edition balances historic soul with modern clarity. The original artifacts are preserved in the Swiss National Museum in Zurich, as it is the oldest known complete Type II Tarot of Marseilles. Digitally restored in 2026 by Or Wunderlin in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
