Description:
This deck has 38 offensive cards, 20 defensive cards, and 32 penalty cards. The idea is to randomly draw an offensive formation to run a play from, formations may be flipped if wanted. Then a defensive card is drawn, the offense will have the upper hand and sometimes the defense will have the upper hand. During a desired stoppage of play a dice is rolled (preferably a 12 sided die) and if a 1 is rolled a penalty card is drawn.
