On the back of the cards are some hints and tips on how to deal with the trait. The cards are versatile and can be used in a variety of ways: Learn more about ADHD. Create a pile of cards that describe your ADHD. Pick one or two cards from areas that you would like to focus on. Display a card as a visual reminder of a trait.
