Studio K is a design studio led by Ricardo Ferrer, a designer specializing in games and playful tools for creative initiatives and human and organizational development. Ricardo was part of the group of creators of the renowned Brazilian human development boardgame, Heros Game, based on the work of Joseph Campbell and which today has more than 100 facilitators in all regions of Brazil, as well as in the USA, Portugal and Australia. Ricardo was also awarded the INFIFEBRABAN Award Best Projects in Innovative Education - Game Category, with the Emerging Futures Game. He also creates on-demand board games, with clients such as Instituto Telefônica (Jogo Vida e Ação, for a youth life project) and the Internet Steering Committee (Brazil), with the multisectoral governance game Confluence.
