Description:
The Lapine Tarot is a botanical and ornithological companion to the book Watership Down. I began drawing this tarot as a gift for my child, Hazel, who is named after one of the rabbits in Watership Down. I want them to be able to enjoy the work that their namesake is from, and I remembered having some difficulty when I was young because of the rich descriptions of landscapes full of plants and other wildlife that I didn't know intimately.
