RULER OF RULES is a party card game where you put rules on players to make them talk and act silly as you collect the most point cards before the Alien Rulers show up to conquer earth.EXAMPLE: You are given a rule "Talk Like A Valley Girl" then you get another "Talk Like A Robot", you must now talk like a valley girl robot for the rest of the game until freed from your rules.Pile rules on players and laugh as things get out of control as they try to follow all their rules at the same time.
