K M BaileyPlay with words. Learn to hear and say phonetic sounds in the English language by playing games. Enjoy comparing and practising the most commonly confused sounds in the English language. Designed especially for ESL (English as a Second Language) students.
Play traditional games (e.g. Go-Fish, Snap, Memory, Bingo etc.) or invent your own games.
There are four sets: Blue, Green, Pink, and Yellow. Together they cover the 44 phonemes of the English language (not including the French vowel sounds).
When playing these games, try saying the words on the cards, and get other players to listen. For example, to play Go-Fish, you must ask for cards by saying the words very carefully, otherwise you might get the wrong cards! You must also listen carefully or you might give the wrong cards. It's pure mayhem and fun. For Snap, say the words on the cards instead of 'snap'.
