Carol OrtizI had experienced a depletion of my artistic and spiritual mojo after receiving treatment for cancer. I was blessed to have worked with people who helped me to reconnect. My art began to flow. I would sit and silently ask, "What should I paint now?" An image would appear in my artist's eye, sometimes just a word. As I painted I knew that each canvas was a message. I realized that the messages held meanings that changed over time as if there were multiple layers waiting to be revealed. Layers within myself. What layers do you hold?
